And because it is Owner Direct, you can be assured of only the highest quality of accommodation and service. Our rates vary depending upon the season. See the chart below for rates and availability. Minimum stay is seven nights during July and August (Saturday to Saturday) or (Sunday to Sunday) All other dates there is a three night minimum. Exceptions may be made later in the season if there is availability or earlier if there is a small opening between bookings. In the case of an exception been made, we require an additional fee to cover the cleaning costs. All Prices are Quoted in Canadian Dollars plus applicable taxes RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT FOR 2011 BOOKINGS UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2010
